Interior Designer Shaynna Blaze transforms Victorian homes in ‘Deadline Design’ – now airing on Foxtel’s Lifestyle Channel. And she’s using our metal.

The 10-episode series has been on-air since Oct 19th and runs through to Dec 21st, 9.30pm on Wednesdays.

In a textural bathroom for Max and Kirby featured on the show, Shaynna created reflection and gloss using our #906 Brushed Copper. The results are STUNNING. Given the bathroom is quite small with no natural light, Shaynna created a sense of lightness in the Moroccan inspired design.

Creating a statement with glossy, deep green tiles from Perini and a complementary blue Perini hand basin, Shaynna Blaze accentuated the tones using Taubmans high-gloss ‘Foster’ on the ceiling. Cream countertops and shower walls allow the glossy green tones to ‘pop’.

Warmth was created using our luxurious #906 Brushed Copper on the shaving and storage cabinets, feature wall, and vanity all from Mii Kitchen. A different shade of green was used for the Moroccan tiles that form the shower splashback. With only a glass screen between them, the tiles are juxtaposed with the brushed copper doors along the wall. Copper and green should really be seen, don’t you agree?

In keeping with the Moroccan theme and to complement the brushed copper, Shaynna chose custom finished aged copper tapware from Brodware. High-end cut crystal feature lights finish the small but stunning bathroom.

Right out of Morocco but nestled in Footscray, Melbourne, Max and Kirby’s home has elements of surprise in every room. See more of this story and other Shaynna Blaze designs on her website,
